ISO9000認證(zheng)后的(de)感悟

 記得(de)以前課(ke)文里有這樣一(yi)則故事,魏文王問(wen)名醫(yi)扁鵲(que):“你們三(san)兄(xiong)弟(di)都精(jing)通醫(yi)術,相比之(zhi)下,哪一(yi)位(wei)是(shi)最好的呢?”扁鵲(que)回(hui)答說:“長兄(xiong)最好,中兄(xiong)次之(zhi),我最差。”

   魏文王又問(wen):“那么你名(ming)氣(qi)為什么最(zui)大(da)呢?”扁(bian)鵲(que)(que)答:“長兄(xiong)(xiong)治(zhi)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing),是治(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)情還未發(fa)作(zuo)之(zhi)前(qian)(qian)(qian),一般(ban)人由于不知曉他(ta)(ta)能(neng)把(ba)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)灶鏟除(chu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)之(zhi)前(qian)(qian)(qian),他(ta)(ta)的(de)名(ming)氣(qi)始終(zhong)傳(chuan)不出去(qu);中兄(xiong)(xiong)治(zhi)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing),是治(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)情的(de)初期(qi),人們(men)便認為他(ta)(ta)只能(neng)治(zhi)一些(xie)小病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing),他(ta)(ta)的(de)名(ming)聲只能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)附(fu)近鄉里(li)傳(chuan)播;而(er)我(wo)治(zhi)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing),都(dou)(dou)(dou)是治(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)情嚴重(zhong)之(zhi)時,人們(men)看(kan)到我(wo)通過穿經脈、動筋骨、敷(fu)大(da)藥能(neng)把(ba)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)治(zhi)好(hao),都(dou)(dou)(dou)以為我(wo)醫術高明,名(ming)氣(qi)就這樣傳(chuan)播開了。”   不僅僅是扁(bian)鵲(que)(que),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)我(wo)們(men)公司也(ye)同樣存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)同樣的(de)情況。我(wo)們(men)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)公司里(li)的(de)不同崗位上(shang)充(chong)當著(zhu)扁(bian)鵲(que)(que)三兄(xiong)(xiong)弟的(de)位置,然而(er)很多的(de)時候我(wo)們(men)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)問(wen)題發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)時候都(dou)(dou)(dou)把(ba)像(xiang)扁(bian)鵲(que)(que)一樣能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)事后拍板(ban)的(de)人當成救(jiu)星,將希望(wang)寄托在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)他(ta)(ta)們(men)身上(shang),如此,我(wo)們(men)何不做好(hao)事前(qian)(qian)(qian)的(de)控(kong)制呢?

   事(shi)(shi)后(hou)(hou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),關注的(de)只(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是結果(guo),忽(hu)視的(de)是過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。如果(guo)我(wo)們(men)僅(jin)依賴(lai)于事(shi)(shi)后(hou)(hou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),就(jiu)會淡化(hua)我(wo)們(men)的(de)工(gong)作責任(ren)心,就(jiu)會疏于過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)理,就(jiu)會在各種苗頭和不良(liang)事(shi)(shi)態面前睜一只(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)眼(yan)閉一只(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)眼(yan),等到(dao)問(wen)題(ti)出現(xian)之后(hou)(hou),才采取(qu)行動,所(suo)造成的(de)后(hou)(hou)果(guo)及損(sun)失則(ze)無法挽回(hui)了。事(shi)(shi)前控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和事(shi)(shi)中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),它能夠見微(wei)知著,未雨綢繆,提早防范(fan),能夠增強工(gong)作的(de)預見性,能夠強化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)理,能夠將影響深遠(yuan)的(de)“小(xiao)問(wen)題(ti)”,采取(qu)有(you)效地措施及時處理。
